Xceptance is happy to announce a software partnership with Platform Lab, the United States' only non-profit IT test and training center, located in Ohio. This partnership enables Platform Lab clients to use the tool Xceptance LoadTest (XLT) for automated functional and load testing to measure the stability and performance of their applications.
Platform Lab provides remote or on-site access to IT hardware, software, and massive bandwidth for the purpose of functional and load testing, cloud computing, and all types of projects that require either a custom-built infrastructure or a private cloud. Platform Lab creates custom test infrastructures configured to clients' specifications.
Xceptance LoadTest (XLT) is a software package for creating and running automated regression and load tests, in particular for Web applications. XLT is built and scripted in pure Java, providing a highly scalable and easily adaptable technology. In addition to commercial licensing, Xceptance offers a free Basic License that enables anyone to simulate up to five parallel users, and an unlimited Community License free of charge for open-source projects.
